One such aid would be a predictive system that can<br>list the required biotic agents for remediation. For metabolic mapping of pathways from<br>known microbial genomes, we use a protocol developed in-house, which uses hidden Markov<br>models of pre-classified enzyme sequences to accurately predict the enzymatic component of<br>the genome.
